Brynwod Partners buys Inter-Jet Systems
Brynwood Partners has acquired Inter-Jet Systems, a New York-based freight forwarder and customs broker.
Brynwood Partners, a private equity firm that makes investments in lower middle market companies, is overseen by senior managing partner Hendrik J. Hartong Jr., former chairman and chief executive officer of AEI. Terms of the deal with Inter-Jet Systems were not disclosed.
Jerome C. Trimboli Sr., former president and CEO of Inter-Jet Systems and 50-year veteran of the air-cargo industry, has established his own consulting firm Sky Trade International Ltd. in New York.
