Bush picks Mancuso for BIS undersecretary
President Bush intends to nominate Mario Mancuso as the country's next Commerce Department undersecretary for export administration.
Mancuso currently serves as the administration's deputy assistant secretary of defense for special operations and combating terrorism at the Defense Department. He previously served as special counsel to the Defense Department's General Counsel and before that as an attorney with Boston law firm Ropes and Gray.
