BUSH PICKS WOODLEY TO HEAD CIVIL WORKS

   The White House has announced that President Bush intends to nominate John Paul Woodley, Jr., to be Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works. In that capacity, Woodley will oversee the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

   Woodley is currently Assistant Under Secretary of Defense for Environment.
