C.H. Robinson’s 1st-quarter profit up 26%
Minneapolis-based trucking and multimodal logistics provider C.H. Robinson reported a 25.6 percent rise in first quarter net income to $73 million, compared to $58.1 million in the same quarter 2006.
The company’s operating income was $115.2 million, up 24.6 percent from $92.4 million a year ago. Total gross revenue increased 8 percent to $1.6 billion, from $1.5 billion.
