Canadian National shuffles regional executives
Canadian National said Keith Heller, senior vice president of the railroad's Eastern Canada region will leave at the end of the year to become chief executive officer of English Welsh & Scottish Railway, in which CN holds a 40-percent stake.
Heller will replace Philip Mengel, who will return to the United States and be affiliated with Berskshire Partners, one of English Welsh & Scottish Railway's major investors.
Keith Creel, CN's senior vice president for the Western Canada Region, will replace Heller and Peter Marshall, a CN vice president for operations, will move up to head the Western region.
