Canadian Pacific Railway finalizes sale of Latta Subdivision
The Indiana Rail Road Co. Saturday took over all rail operations on the 92.3-mile track from Fayette to Bedford, Ind., known as the Latta Subdivision, following the competition of its acquisition from the Canadian Pacific Railway.
No financial details were disclosed.
Included in the terms of the sale are trackage rights over CSX from Chicago to Terre Haute and from Bedford to Louisville, Ky.
