Canadian transpacific carriers reduce fuel surcharge
Member lines of the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement are reducing their fuel recovery charge, effective April 1.
The new rates will be $205 per 20-foot container, $275 per 40-footer, $310 per 40-foot high-cube container, $345 per 45-footer, and $6 per weight/measure.
Previous rates were $240 per 20-foot container, $320 per 40-footer, $360 per 40-foot high-cube container, $405 per 45-footer, and $7 per weight/measure.
The Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement is a group of 12 ocean carriers serving the trade from Asia to Canada.
