CBP lists companies seeking Byrd Amendment payments
U.S. Customs and Border Protection published a list of companies eligible to receive antidumping or countervailing duty reimbursements, as required under the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000, known as the Byrd Amendment.
To view the list of petitioners who have filed unfair trade complaints and requested to receive the duties instead of having them go into the U.S. Treasury, see Wednesday’s Federal Register at http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fedreg/a050601c.html and scroll down to the Customs and Border Protection section.
