CELARIX PARTNERS WITH PACIFIC COAST TARIFF BUREAU
Celarix, based in Cambridge, Mass., a provider of collaborative logistics solutions, and the Pacific Coast Tariff Bureau, based in San Francisco, a provider of freight tariff publishing and rate data analysis, have agreed to offer integrated contract management services to their customers.
Under terms of the agreement, Celarix will provide the Bureau’s tariff publishing service with Rate Explorer, a Celarix application for calculating service contracts.
“Today, it’s typical for a carrier, NVO or forwarder to have rating errors as high as 20 percent. With an integrated solution, those errors can be eliminated,” said Jim Preuninger, executive vice president of Celarix.
