CHINA SHIPPING SETS UP CENTRALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE
China Shipping North America has consolidated the customer service work of its regional offices in Chicago, Seattle, Oakland, Norfolk and Secaucus into a single customer service center.
China Shipping said that the center will handle bookings, import and export documentation, vessel operations, pricing, marketing and accounting, and disseminate information to relevant departments within the company.
“The establishment of the new customer service center is an important step forward in streamlining communication with our customers, and enhancing internal operations,” a spokesman for China Shipping North America said.
China Shipping North America, headquartered in Secaucus, N.J., is owned by China-based China Shipping Group.
