China Shipping to spend $372 million to lease containers
China Shipping Container Lines (Asia) Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Shipping Container Lines, will spend up to $371.8 million to lease containers from Cayman Island’s registered company Container Finance 2006-1 Ltd..
Under terms of the agreement, CS Asia will lease separate batches of containers from CF 2006-1 spread over an eight-year period, starting June 9.
