Clayco to expand Coldwater Creek DC in West Virginia
Real estate development, design and construction firm Clayco said Tuesday it has been selected by Coldwater Creek, a national retailer of women's apparel, jewelry, gifts and accessories, to construct a 385,000-square-foot expansion to the retailer's distribution center in Parkersburg, W.V.
Clayco was the contractor on the original 366,000-square-foot facility that includes offices, a call center, daycare center, dining facilities and a distribution center. The new project is expected to be completed in September. Coldwater Creek is based in Sandpoint, Idaho.
