Clipper Elite Carriers sells CEC Lines
Clipper Elite Carriers has sold its interests in CEC Lines, a shipping company operating in liner and heavy-lift transport in Europe, the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Persian Gulf with Flamar-Zeebrugge as general agent.
CEC Lines has been renamed Oldendorff Express Lines and will continue to operate within a joint venture with Oldendorff Carriers and operate a global heavy-lift and project service managed by Flamar-Belgium. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Clipper Elite Carriers said in a statement it will continue to provide international “project parcel services.”
