CN director Lamphere resigns
Canadian National Railway Co. said Monday that Gilbert H. Lamphere has resigned from the company’s board of directors for “personal reasons.”
Lamphere, former chairman of Illinois Central Corp., joined CN’s board when CN bought IC in 1998.
