COAST GUARD TO HOLD CHEMICAL TRANSPORT MEETING
The U.S. Coast Guard will hold a meeting of its Chemical Transportation Advisory Committee in Houston on Feb. 20.
The meeting will cover the committee’s recommendations to prevent cargo tank overpressurization during handling such as line clearing, and railcar transfer operations.
