Cocaine found among containerized clothes at Port Everglades
Federal authorities at Port Everglades this week discovered an estimated $400,000 worth of cocaine in a container full of clothing at Port Everglades, according to a report in the Miami Herald.
The report said no arrests have been made in connection with the 44 pounds of cocaine found on the vessel 'Greetseil,' a cargo ship that arrived at the port from Peru. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is handling the investigation into the discovery.
