Columbia Coastal Transport, an operator of U.S.-flag container barges in regularly scheduled feeder services between U.S. Atlantic and Gulf ports, has appointed Joseph Villa vice president, operations.
Villa was general manager, operations, for Liberty Corner, N.J.-based Columbia Coastal.
