Continental raises fuel surcharge
Continental Airlines cargo division is increasing its fuel surcharge in all trades effective March 28.
The fuel surcharge for cargo from the United States to destinations in Europe, Israel, Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America, Asia and Pacific/Micronesia Islands is 35 cents per kilo of freight weight.
