Continental’s Boisen new TIACA chairman
Jack W. Boisen, Continental Airlines’ vice president cargo, and Ulrich Ogiermann, president and chief executive officer of Cargolux, have been elected chairman and vice chairman respectively of The International Air Cargo Association for two-year terms.
Boisen has served on TIACA’s board of directors for more than seven years, and is also chairman of the Air Cargo Council of the Air Transport Association, a member of the Cargo Network Services advisory board, and a member of the board of directors of the Postal Supply Council.
He takes over the TIACA chairmanship from Gary Bartek, manager of cargo development for the Kansas City International Airport.
