COSCO adds Asia/Europe loop
COSCO Container Lines said Wednesday it is adding a China/northern Europe container service.
The operation will employ eight ships of 5,600 TEUs. Some of the vessels appear to be due to be released from the transpacific trade after COSCO takes delivery of new 8,000-TEU ships.
The port rotation of the service is Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Yantian, Singapore, Jeddah, Naples, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Singapore and Yantian.
