China’s COSCO Container Lines and Singapore-based Pacific International Lines have agreed to provide a joint South China/Thailand liner service.
The two companies will restructure COSCO’s current service.
Pacific International Lines will operate two ships in the three-vessel joint service, with COSCO operating the third.
The weekly service will call direct at Shekou, Huangpu and Xiamen in China; Singapore; Pasir Gudang, Malaysia; Bangkok and Laem Chabang, Thailand; and Hong Kong.
