COSCO MERGES EUROPEAN, GERMAN ARMS
COSCO Germany Shipping Agencies GmbH and COSCO Europe GmbH, two companies of the China Ocean Shipping Co. group, have merged.
The merged company retains the name of COSCO Europe GmbH.
Most departments of COSCO Germany Shipping Agencies GmbH will be kept and converted into the German branch office of COSCO Europe GmbH.
