COSCO SETS UP RUSSIAN SUBSIDIARY
China Ocean Shipping Co. has set up a subsidiary in Russia, Cosco Russian Ship Trading Co.
The Chinese group said that its new operation has now been certified by the state registration bureau of Russia.
“The establishment of this company will be helpful for COSCO to develop its cargo canvassing, inland transportation and logistics business in Russia and neighboring areas,” the group said.
