Crowley Maritime names Dowd VP labor relations
Crowley Maritime Corp., a provider of liner and logistics services, contract towing and transportation, has appointed Jerry Dowd vice president of labor relations.
Dowd served as director of labor relations for Crowley Marine Services’ operating groups on the West Coast. In his new position, he will oversee Crowley Maritime’s contract negotiations.
Dowd will continue to work in Seattle, reporting to Bill Pennella, Crowley’s vice chairman and executive vice president. Crowley Maritime is based in Oakland, Calif.
