CSX LINES PLANS 10% RATE INCREASE IN PUERTO RICO TRADE

   CSX Lines, an ocean carrier based in Charlotte, N.C., said it will impose a 10-percent increase on raise freight charges for shipments bound to Puerto Rico, effective June 15.
