CSX NAMES BOOR VP AND TREASURER
David A. Boor has been named vice president and treasurer of CSX Corp. He succeeds Gregory R. Weber, who was recently named president of Conrail, a jointly owned subsidiary of CSX Corp. and Norfolk Southern Corp.
Boor, who will be based in Jacksonville, oversees CSX's capital market activities, including financing corporate assets, short-term investments and capital structure design.
He has been with CSX 13 years, holding a number of positions in the tax, accounting and finance areas, including assistant controller and assistant vice president-finance for CSX Corp., based in Richmond, Va. Most recently, he was treasurer of CSX Transportation, the company's Jacksonville-based rail unit.
