CUSTOMS APPOINTS FIVE NEW SPECIAL AGENTS IN CHARGE

      U.S. Customs Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly has appointed and relocated five special agents in charge to the agency’s Office of Investigations and Office of Internal Affairs.

      The four special agents for the Office of Investigation will operate in specific regions of the country. They are John Kelley in El Paso, Texas; Loraine Brown in Los Angeles; Joseph Webber of New York; and Elissa Brown in Chicago.

      Michael Turner has been assigned to acting regional special agent in charge for the Office of Internal Affairs in Long Beach, Calif.
