CUSTOMS SEMINAR TO FOCUS ON IMPLEMENTING TRADE SECURITY

   The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection is accepting registrations to a seminar on securing the supply chain April 21-24 in Miami.

   The program will address how to complete a C-TPAT security profile questionnaire and be certified; how to identify anomalies in the global supply chain and best practices; global terrorism threats, and trends in contraband smuggling and concealment.

   The free seminar is limited to 500 individuals from companies that participate in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program. Attendance is limited to two people per company. The event will be held at the InterContinental Hotel.
