CUSTOMS TO DENY IMPORTS FROM FOUR TAIWAN TEXTILE MANUFACTURERS
U.S. Customs has been issued a directive by the Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements to deny imports from four Taiwan textile manufacturers.
The manufacturers, Hong Win Trading Co., City Art Printing, Hsu Chun Mei, and Spring Information Industry Co. Ltd., were found during Customs on-site verifications and from other sources to be illegally transshipping, closed or unable to show records to verify production. Imports from these manufacturers will be denied for two years.
