CVSA APPOINTS BOMGARDNER DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Paul Bomgardner has been appointed director of administration for the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.
Bomgardner replaces Larry Stem in the North American commercial vehicle safety enforcement organization. Stem has become CVSA’s administrator for an Energy Department program that develops inspection standards and training for hazardous materials and radioactive materials.
Before joining CSVA, Bomgardner was with the American Trucking Associations. He started at the ATA in 1988 as a hazardous materials specialist. In June 1996, he became ATA’s director and manager of hazardous materials policy and technical issues.
