DEUTSCHE POST CHANGES PRODUCT MIX TO MEET CUSTOMER DEMAND
Deutsche Post Global Mail USA said this week it has reorganized its products and services to improve delivery of three types of mail: business and personnel correspondence, periodical mail and small parcels.
The company also said it is working to provide customized service for each of 10 key customer bases. The industries with account managers dedicated to meet special needs are: publishing, hospitality/tourism, manufacturing/transportation, retail/catalog/e-commerce, printers and mail houses, non-profit organizations, financial services, academia, direct marketers and government.
The changes are similar to those introduced fort Deutsche Post Global Mail's European customers last October.
