DHL APPOINTS BELJAARS TO OPERATIONS POST
DHL Worldwide Express has appointed Fred Beljaars to the position as senior vice president of operations. Beljaars will be responsible for the firm's operations team to ensure overall efficiency. He will manage DHL's service and gateway supervisors and the firm's regional management.
Most recently, Beljaars has served as vice president of global operations at TNT. In addition, he was managing director for Australia, where he integrated five companies for TNT.
DHL, based in San Francisco, is global air express service provider.
