DOT POSTPONES NAFTA CONFERENCE
Due to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, the U.S. Transportation Department has decided to postpone its North American Free Trade Agreement information conference, which was set for Oct. 21-24 in San Antonio, Texas.
