EKA CHEMICALS PICKS OMNI TO MANAGE FREIGHT DISTRIBUTION
The paper chemicals division of EKA Chemicals has selected OMNI Logistics, a management firm for transportation outsourcing, to provide on-location freight management services for EKA’s bulk, truckload and less-than-truckload traffic in North America.
OMNI will “dedicate a person on site” at the corporate office of EKA Paper Chemicals in Marietta, Ga., said Lou Trillo, president of OMNI, which is based in Hackettstown, N.J.
