Enterprise Florida foresees market needs
Enterprise Florida, the public-private partnership that operates much like a state commerce department, says a new study will help secure Florida as a globally competitive location for business.
The study, 'Roadmap to Florida's Future, 2007-2012,' is the result of a series of forums Enterprise Florida held around the state in the summer of 2006.
Among the recommendations: Establish Florida as a pre-eminent global hub, advancing Florida's status from an international gateway to a 'premier global business hub,' with more international businesses operating offices within Florida.
