EPIC consortium move to Mundra
CMA CGM, Contship Containerlines and P&O Nedlloyd are adding the Indian port of Mundra to their joint weekly “Europe, Pakistan, India Consortium 3” service.
The “EPIC 3” service will make its first call at Mundra when the vessel “Ville de Capella” arrives on Dec. 17.
The service uses seven ships of around 3,600 TEUs and will have a revised port rotation of Tilbury, Hamburg, Antwerp, Malta, Port Said, Aqaba, Jebel Ali, Karachi, Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Port Said, Malta, Tilbury, Hamburg and Antwerp.
Ellerman, Hapag-Lloyd Container Line and MacAndrews all take slots on the “EPIC 3” service.
