Roadrunner unveils new management team, Flexport hires senior vice president and global head of airfreight, Logistec appoints executive vice president, and Celadon names president and chief operating officer, and president of Celadon Trucking.

Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Flexport, Logistec and Celadon Group announce corporate appointments.
Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc., an asset-light transportation and logistics services provider, announced a new management team, consisting of:
• Curt Stoelting, chief executive officer;
• Mike Gettle, president and chief operating officer;
• Scott Cousins, chief information officer;
• And Bob Milane, general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Stoelting joined Roadrunner in early 2016 as president and chief operating officer, and previously served as chief executive officer of RC2 Corp. from 2003 to 2011, and at TOMY International for two years after it acquired RC2.
Gettle joined Roadrunner in 2016 as executive vice president. He previously served as Americas chief executive officer of market-research firm TNS, and prior to that, was executive vice president and chief financial officer of sister firm Millward Brown.
Cousins joined Roadrunner in January 2017 as chief information officer. He held previous chief information officer positions at KeHe and NCH Marketing Services. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of information technology at IndyMac Bank, and as associate partner at Accenture.
Milane joined Roadrunner in 2014 and recently served as executive vice president for risk management and general counsel. Prior to joining Roadrunner, he served as managing director for risk management at FedEx Ground, and assistant vice president of risk management for Canal Insurance.
Freight forwarder Flexport hired Neel Jones Shah as its senior vice president and global head of airfreight. Shah previously served as the senior vice president and chief cargo officer for Delta Air Lines, and was also the vice president of cargo commercial for United Airlines. He currently serves on the board of directors of Amerijet International Holdings, and is a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group.
Logistec Corp., a marine and environmental services provider, appointed Rodney Corrigan as executive vice president, operations of Logistec Stevedoring Inc. Corrigan joined Logistec six years ago as a vice president, operations, and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Truckload carrier Celadon Group, Inc. has named Jonathan Russell president and chief operating officer, replacing Eric Meek. Russell has been the company’s president of Celadon Logistics, Inc. since November 2010, and served in various other roles since 2002. Before joining the company, Russell was a vice president in the Global Corporate Investment Bank of Citigroup Inc.
Douglas Schmidt has been named president of Celadon Trucking. Schmidt previously served as president and chief operating officer at A&S Kinard, which was acquired by Celadon in 2014, and has over 22 years of experience in the truckload industry.
