FCBF reschedules export compliance workshop
The Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF) has reschedule a workshop on export compliance for Wednesday, September 27.
The workshop, originally set for August 30, was postponed when Tropical Storm Ernesto was bearing down on South Florida.
The workshop will cover Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Commerce Control List (CCL) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN), export licensing, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), trade embargoes, Denied Parties List, penalty actions, and the nature of current civil and criminal investigations.
The workshop will run from 9:30 a.m. until noon at the Miami Free Zone, 2305 N.W. 107th Avenue, in Conference Room 1M-10 & 11.
