FMC REISSUES, REVOKES OTI LICENSES

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has reissued three ocean transportation intermediary licenses and has revoked seven OTI licenses.

   Fescargo Corp., Compton, Calif,; Jolaco Maritime Services Inc., Houston; and Seawinds Freight Services Inc., San Francisco, were reissued licenses.

   The FMC revoked the following licenses for failing to maintain a valid bond: BWT Wholesale & Distribution, Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill,; Freight Connections International Ltd., Homewood, Ill,;    International Transport Services, d/b/a Intrans, Vancouver, Wash.: Inverfreight Inc., Miami Lakes, Fla.; and Jagro California Inc., Los Angeles.

   Two licenses were surrendered voluntarily: Paul Vernon Chadwick, Indian Trail, N.C.; and Cortina & Roth Inc., Miami.

   The FMC also received applications from 23 firms to operate as OTIs.

   Five firms applied for a non-vessel-operating common carrier OTI license: Diplomat Global Logistics, East Syracuse, New York.; Dynamic World Trade Corp., Inglewood, Calif.; Daystar Line, Secaucus, N.J.; G&S Shipping Inc., Los Angeles; and Amfak Global Services Inc., Edison, N.J.

   Thirteen firms applied for combination NVO-ocean freight forwarder licenses: Conex International, Torrance, Calif.; E.N.W. Freight Forwarding Corp., Miami; Northern Business Logistics Corp., Berea, Ohio; Maharlika Cargo International Inc., San Lorenzo; Latek USA Inc., Carlstadt, N.J.; HPK Logistics (USA) Inc., Los Angeles; New Horizons International Group, Takoma Park, Md.; Caribtrans Cargo Inc., Miami; S&B International Freight Forwarders, Miami; Cargo Transport Florida Inc., Miami; Delex Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y.; Trans Container Line, Avenel, N.J.; and Antilles Wholesale Co. Inc., Miami Beach, Fla.

   Five firms have applied for ocean freight forwarder OTI

licenses: Pacific Terminals Ltd., Seattle, Wash.; Freight Brokers Global Forwarding, Edison, N.J.; Tower Global Logistics Inc., Miami; Falcon Worldwide Corp., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and ACI Cargo Inc., Miami.
