FMC reviews 11 OTI applications, revokes 23 licenses
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Golden Bell Transport Services, San Diego, Calif. (Lemuel R. Bravo, sole proprietor); Unique Logistics International (LAX), Inglewood, Calif. (Richard Chi Tak Lee, chief executive officer); Daily Freight Cargo Corp., Miami (Pedro David Esteller Bangel, president); and Wellmax Logistics Co., Jamaica, N.Y. (Timothy Yan, president).
The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Sistemas Aereos, Doral, Fla. (Charles V. Eggleton, general manager); Jenson Logistics, San Gabriel, Calif. (Jack Yu-Shang Liau, CEO); Concord International Transport, Medley, Fla. (Yogui Gonzalez, president); Max Global Group, San Ramon, Calif. (Joan Yan Ma, president); and Eco Logistics USA, Elgin, Ill. (Naushad A. Imam, president).
The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from TSC Logistics, Baltimore (Damon M. Gunter, vice president); and International Distribution Forwarding, Miami (Edwin Acevedo, treasurer).

The FMC revoked 23 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are ACME International, Chicago; American Freight Liners, North Brunswick, N.J.; Asiana Transport, Atlanta; Carjam Shipping, Miami; Dietrich-Exccel, Miami; eKKa Forwarding, Ridgefield Park, N.J.; First Unicorn International, El Monte, Calif.; Frederic Int’l Co., City of Industry, Calif.; Global Tassili Transport Services, Houston; J&S Universal Services, Miami; James Worldwide, Carson, Calif.; Johnny Air Cargo, Woodside, N.Y.; MLR Exports, Miami; Novocargo USA, Barnegat Light, N.J.; One Stop Cargo Services, Miami; Pacheco Express Shipping, Bronx, N.Y.; Pacmil Logistics, San Diego, Calif.; Sage Freight Systems, Jamaica, N.Y.; Surf Carriers, Miami; Thomas E.
