FMC reviews 14 OTI applications, revokes five licenses

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 14 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Worldgreen Shipping Line, Compton, Calif. (Hsin Yuan Huang, president); Perfect Air & Sea Service, Jamaica, N.Y. (Patrick Chen, president); Alliance Logistics, Alhambra, Calif. (Francis Yefei Liang, chief executive officer); Pohl Logistics, Versailles, Ohio (Harold J. Pohl, president); Shelton Tomkinson, Houston (Bradley Victor Shelton, director/president); Badua International, San Diego, Calif. (Ronilio D. Badua, sole proprietor); Netfrate, Skillman, N.J. (Pavel Trubetskoy, president); and APE Freight International, Jamaica, N.Y. (Philip Lou, president).

   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Lambert Maritime Express, Kenner, La. (Manuel H. Lambert, president); Anderson Cargo Services, Fagan, Minn. (Brian Wesly Anderson, chief executive officer); and Ansa McAl (US), Miami (Conrad O’Brien, president).

   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Ohanneson Freight Forwarding Co., Nicasio, Calif. (Elizabeth A. Ohanneson, sole proprietor); Gonzalez Exporting Corp., Miami (Yolando M. Gonzalez, president); and Shiplane Transport, Chicago (Elizabeth Esparza, president).

   The FMC also revoked five OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds with the agency. The companies are A America Cargo Services in Miami; Jean H. Johnson of New Bloomington, Ohio; Johnnie C.F. Chin in Alhambra, Calif.; Transnation Logistics in Inglewood, Calif.; and West Consolidators of Inglewood, Calif.
