FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 22 license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from CBM Global Freight Corp., Englewood, N.J. (Seung 'Brian' H. Hur, vice president); Charity Cargo, Pearl City, Hawaii (Jessie Luga, member); Global Way International, Cerritos, Calif. (James Wang, chief financial officer); HD Intercargo, Miami (Karen I. Duarte, secretary); IFLN, Kingwood, Texas (Michel VanLerberghe, president); Ironbound Global Logistics, Newark, N.J. (Raymundo J. Barbaran, member); Legend International, Los Angeles (Jacqueline Benabe, chief executive officer); Outer Seaways, Philadelphia (Richard Schultz, vice president); Trans Wagon Int'l (USA) Co., Walnut, Calif. (Nancy Y. Shen, vice president); WTO Express (USA) Corp., Walnut, Calif. (Nancy Y. Shen, vice president); and UniGlobal Logistics, Danbury, Conn. (Robert H. Shellman, chief executive officer).

   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Interfreight Logistics Co., Shenzhen, China (DeFang Kong, secretary); Missouri Sea and Air Services, Florence, Ky. (George S. Jernigan, assistant secretary); and Raices Express, Deerfield Beach, Fla. (Rafael I. Santos, president).

   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from ATS International Services, St. Cloud, Minn. (Rollis Anderson, president); Four Points Ocean, Woodbridge, N.J. (Joseph P. Felitto, president); Kuwait Shipping and Packaging Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Daniel O. Adjei, president); and Texas International Freight, Houston (Michael A. Dyll, president).

   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Mohawk Customs & Shipping Corp., North Syracuse, N.Y. (Garard D. Grannell, president); and UIA Worldwide Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Alvin Lin, president); and for a license transfers from Bahaghari Holdings, San Dimas, Calif. (Leandro R. Dinglasan, president); and Malvar Freight Forwarding, Miami (Alberto Diaz Rodriguez, manager).
