FMC reviews 7 OTI applications, revokes 3 licenses
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review seven ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from TC & RE Enterprises, Carson, Calif., Christina Han, president; J&B International, Elk Grove Village, Ill., Denny Kim, president; Superior Logistics, Walnut, Calif., Hung Che “Henry” Lien, president; Epic International Transport, Long Beach, Calif., Charles Brennan, manager; and All World Services, Miami, Javier Perez, president.
The FMC received a NVO/ocean freight forwarder license application from Capitol Transportation & CHB Corp., Miami, Manuel G. Viegas, president; and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Argosy Shipping (USA), Bellaire, Texas, C. Rider Griswold, president.

The FMC also revoked three OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds: Crown Containers of Compton, Calif.; Marina Shipping Co. in Signal Hill, Calif.; and Trans-Aero-Mar of Miami.
