FMC REVOKES 10 OTI LICENSES
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has revoked 10 ocean transportation intermediary licenses.
Five OTIs failed to maintain valid bonds with the agency: Actway Express in City of Industry, Calif.; Arrow Worldwide Logistics, El Segundo, Calif.; I.F.T.C., Miami; Master Air Cargo, Miami; and Kenehan International Services, Las Vegas.
Five OTIs voluntarily surrendered their licenses to the FMC: Cargo Management International of Gardena, Calif.; Geotrans International in La Mirada, Calif.; Pum Yang Express U.S.A., Ridgefield, N.J.; and United Shipping Services, Alhambra, Calif.
W.M. Stone & Co., of Norfolk, Va., voluntarily surrendered the non-vessel-operating common carrier portion of its OTI license, but retained its freight forwarder license.
