FMC REVOKES 12 OCEAN TRANSPORTATION INTERMEDIARY LICENSES

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has revoked 12 ocean transportation intermediary licenses for failing to maintain a valid surety bond.

   The companies whose licenses were revoked are: American Liner System Inc., New York; International Shipping Co., JFK International Airport,    Jamaica, N.Y.; General Cargo International Inc., Huntington Beach, Calif.; IMD Container Line, Burlingame, Calif.; International Cargo Services Inc., South San Francisco, Calif.; International Express Cargo Services Inc., Miami; International Services Inc., Columbus, Ohio; International Transportation Corp., New York, N.Y.; International Transportation Network, Englewood Cliffs, N.J.; M.A.P. Worldwide Carriers Inc., Houston; Nimbus Services Inc., Los Angeles; and Sarah Worldwide Shipping, Fairview, N.C.

   Barnhart & Associates, Redondo Beach, Calif., surrendered its license voluntarily.
