FMC REVOKES OTI LICENSES, RECEIVES APPLICATION
'The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has revoked the ocean transportation intermediary licenses of Cargomania International Inc. and North Star Ocean Services, both of Jamaica, N.Y., for failing to maintain a valid bond with the agency.
The FMC also received an application from Alpico International Inc., Palmetto, Fla., for an OTI license to act as a non-vessel-operating common carrier and an ocean freight forwarder.
