FMC TO HOLD MEETING ON OSRA IMPACT STUDY
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission said it would hold a meeting in Washington on Sept.26 at 10 a.m. to discuss its study of the impact of the 1998 Ocean Shipping Reform Act.
The agency began the study after the implementation of OSRA on May 1, 1999.
