FMC updates service fees
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has revised its list of service fees, effective April 4.
These fees cover the filing of petitions and complaints; various public information services, such as record searches, document copying and admissions to practice; filing ocean transportation intermediary license applications; applications for special permission; service contracts; and agreements. In addition, the FMC has established a separate fee for filing terminal exempt agreements.
The agency said its user fees comply with the White House’s Office of Management and Budget guidelines.
