From2, Inc., an e-commerce logistics intelligence provider based in Miami Lakes, Fla., has named Robert Noonan as chief operating officer.
Noonan had been president of ATE Logistics Inc. Before that, he worked 13 years for Fritz Cos., serving as senior vice president and director of U.S. operations until he left in 1997.
