GATX FORMS INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS GROUP

   GATX Corp. said Monday it has formed GATX Integrated Solutions Group.
   The move will allow its operating companies to share resources and expertise
to provide value-added supply chain and logistics solutions for customers.
   The group comprises GATX Terminals Corp.; GATX Logistics Inc. GATX Liquid
Logistics Inc. and its subsidiary GATX Inventory Monitoring
Services; and the Rail Logistics business of General American
Transportation Corp.
   "We have not fully capitalized on the power of combining our service
offerings, skills, customer knowledge and information systems," said Ronald
H. Zech, chairman and CEO of GATX Corp. The new group will provide GATX customers
"with more extensive, integrated and valuable solutions to their supply chain
needs."
   GATX is targeting growth in logistics services for the chemical and
petroleum industries, e-commerce and parcel logistics, he said.
   David M. Edwards, senior vice president, will move over as chief
financial officer of GATX Corp. to lead the new group. Brian A. Kenney,
vice president-finance, will assume Edwards’ previous responsibilities.
